Drug Abuse

Do you think drug is interchangeable with drug abuse? It has an automatic cause / result in the other? Explain why or why not. if the abuse of a drug, you probably know what to do and not abused. but some users are not very smart, so they could be interchangeable. Drug abuse can mean that a person can not be taken as directed by the doctor who ignores doses, do not take their medications as prescribed. When taken for health reasons. So I think we are different. Abuse is when the drug is taken too frequently or taken by someone who is not prescribed. Just to feel the effects of the drug and not for health reasons.
