Drug Abuse

Those in the welfare program for drug abuse. can not even do daily activities, because they are under government drugs.the abuse agree that if states wanted to do a drug test to stay on welfare could.but are just waisting your money to work, you actually use for good cause? What the government should do? Proof of people and force them to treatment if they test postive. Test them and cut them, the best solution would be to punish the wealthy CEOs, and others who use drugs to destroy this country, between rich and poor, I think if people are on welfare should be tested. Why do employees pay to support people who are not trying to get a job anywhere, or determine their substance abuse is more important, while those of us who work and struggle to get paid for them to do nothing.
